If its ridiculously cheap and they ask for a 'delivery' fee, it's a scam. Been reported, but I believe this was already done with no result.

I always google numbers (nosey but it brings up a lot of history sometimes) and this one shows up on a fraud website

Have reported ad too. Hope H&H install 'flags' onto their online ad system to alert to fraudulent phone numbers as this one apparently has been 'well known' for over a year!

There have been a few cons specifically for Fresians over the years haven't there? I'm sure there was one going round by email a couple of years or so ago.
