got home from a show last week to find the computer was broken
got home from a show today to find that otto was broken!
he stayed at home today as he has been out 3 times this week and he threw a hissy fit when we took the pony off to be loaded. he was spinning round in his box and calling. he has managed to twist his front shoe (only shod on friday ) and the toe clip and a nail have punctured his foot. the nail wound is worse than the toe clip as that bent so didnt go in very far and has mainly gone into the hoof wall. the nail has been dragged across his foot and hit the soft tissue. he is now poulticed and is on bute, as he can weight bear on it but cant walk to save his life! we just have to wait and see now if he develops an abcess.
