Having a bad week so just wanted to let it out. On Monday we sadly had to have our NF PTS
, then first thing this morning my mum & dad came round mine to let me know they had to rush our dog into the vet.
Last night she became unwell so which got worse through out the night & at 2 this morning she went into the corner of the garden & curled up in a ball so mum new something was seriously wrong. Anyway they had to operate on her this morning & warned us that they didn't think she would make it through the anaesthetic, but the little fighter did. Her vessels had burst hence why her body became so swollen so they have drained all the fluid, but have found lots of little lumps on her liver. They have sent lots of tests of as they don't no whether it is cancer or an infection as the vet said she has never seen anything like it before. She will be in the vets until next week & hope to get some results back tomorrow, but more than likely will be Monday. We went to see her tonight & she is better than we was expecting, but still very unwell, so the next 24hrs are critical. If after the anaesthetic wears off she shows signs of improving it's a good sign, but if she doesn't then isn't good. So now we just wait & pray, but the vet has said if results come back not good the kindest thing is to have her pts, but if it's an infection than we will try & fight it, but we have been warned that she is one very poorly dog. Going to go see her again tomorrow, so please keep everything crossed, lets just hope this bad luck doesn't come in 3's.
Sorry to ramble on, just feel like the week is getting worse
