dont want her to ride my horse

I would just say no, I've never been on a yard where people do this thankfully. I have offered him to people to ride and they have been very grateful. I would consider it really rude for someone to keep asking to ride my horse, I work hard to keep and train him, he is not a toy to be handed about.
 
Not that I ever had a queue of people wanting a shot of either on mine, but if they did hint, I would drop in conversation the fact that nobody ever gets on my horses but me.
