Noooo! Have wimped out. Was bad enough just taking him to the field with things flapping all over the place. Not looking forward to bringing him in this evening in the dark.

I'm riding this evening! Weather permitting of course 
I'll ride in the wind but not if it's peeing it down - don't want the ginger to get wet, need to invest in a waterproof exercise sheet!

You are all wimps! I went hunting today in the rain and wind and had a fab time! Did leave early though when the rain came sheeting down......even too much for me and my horse to bare.
The nicest thing about riding in this weather is knowing horse is all tucked up in his stable with a large pile of hay afterwards, and sitting in front of the log burner with a glass of wine.

Not ridden today I'm afraid. I'm out on the North Wales coast and my god its been bad. I thought the roof was coming off the barn at one point! Now I'll usually ride in all weather but today I don't mind admitting defeat!
I even bought everyone in at lunchtime and I'm not normally a wuss about leaving them out.
The rain went through my coat, fleece, 2 tshirts and bra....yuck.

Wish I kept a hamster instead sometimes,...... Could still do indoor showjumping with the little critter, or teach it a dressage test !! Whatever all could be done in kitchen with a mug of tea and basking in the heat from the Aga !!
