... you've had a pants day at work, you've still got your headache from nearly 4 weeks ago, your feeling a bit down so you walk across to the back field to go get your boys in, their in the farthest corner but they hear you click the gate open and fly down the field to great you. Oh happy days, it so cheered me up!

Isnt it amazing how the simplest of things your horses do, can make the biggest difference to your day...?

They are great therapy thats for sure, my OH was an absolute *bleep* earlier so i just drove up yard, rode in the school, cleaned some bits and pieces like tack trays, and spent some precious time with her, it has made me feel happy again
