I advertised my horse last week, I made sure that I clearly stated all the major details about her (age/height/colour/sex) and said that although she is 6yo, she is green and she was turned away over the winter and has only been ridden twice this summer. I got 3 phone calls about her. All three asked for pictures. I sent them, 2 replied and said they'd like to come and see her. The first came on Monday and said that the horse was far too big for her and that she was looking for something more like 15hh (my horse is 16.2hh haha). The other lady came to see her, said that she was exactly what she was looking for and would like to come back and ride her with her daughter. She came back yesterday. My horse was absolutely perfect, I was even wondering why on earth I was selling her. She never put a foot wrong despite not being ridden since the start of July (Yes I am a very bad person but I don't have enough time, thats why I'm selling her) and the woman, her daughter and her husband were all delighted by her. She went away to think about it and I got a call today saying that she has a full time job, no free time and that there is no way she would find time for another horse. So I'm back to square one. I really dont understand why people go to see horses which they have no intention of buying. I would never call about a 16.2hh if I was looking for a 15hh, or call about a horse if I knew I wouldnt have time for it! Arghh...Its so stressful!!

concider yourself lucky :p

someone came to view horse on the friday, i said id let her know on monday as im at a festival all weekend. got hom monday and found emails of hate mail from the person saying she brought a new horse anyway, i was a ******* C*** and all sorts!

then a lady came to see about a loan, liked her said she can have pony, but he is to be kept at a choice of two local yards. thats fine. i told her yard 1 requires £150 deposit as thats how their contract works. yard 2 (which he was currently kept) has no deposit but youd take over the bills from me.. she then went mental at me saying ive let her daughter down and that now im asking a £150 deposit for pony. tried to explain this is not the case and if you chose yard 2, youd just take over the monthly costs. to which i got ''im fed up with you, i hope we never cross paths again, my daughters so disapointed and i think your a complete wa*k*r.

dont you just love them!
