... your dog wakes up from a deep sleep in his/her basket?

My little JRT has been fast asleep (snoring!) in her basket next to me while I type away and has just woken up. She smells all warm and sleepy. We call it 'sweaty paws' smell!

Dogs feet smell like digestives! Well Dillons do. He gets quite alarmed when I pin him down to sniff his feet.

Hehe. When my little dog wakes up, I like to bend over her in her bed and smell that sleepy smell. She growls at me though, but only in a playful way!

The best smell is puppy breath!!! By that I mean tiddley little puppy dogs - it sort of dies away after they reach age

Well if you are weird so am I, I just love the smell of new born pups. It is one of the things I miss the most about not breeding anymore.

Not weird at all. I really miss my JRT smelling like a little puppy.
Bathed her yesterday though, so she now smells of shampoo rather than "dog". Will probably only last a day or so though.
