Dopey McBaydale and the Not-So-Cheeky Boys do Arena UK ODE *comedy vids and photos*

Now that is what I call a pretty impressive day out :D
Well done to you and the (not so) Cheeky boys - I think we need new nicknames to go with their more grown up attitude :)

Could not see pics though wither but enjoyed the vids!

No, it's fine, they can stay as Cheeky Boys and hopefully try to prove me wrong (yeah right, like that's gonna happen ;))

Looks great - you must be excited about this season :) Jup is very athletic, think you've got a good 'un there!

I'll be excited once I've got my wits about me again. Jup is like a rubber ball, fine as long as you can sit tight although Cal's sharpness is....errr....challenging at times.

Well if a dopey Baydale can produce results like that cant wait until you are firing on all cylinders:D

How on earth did you remember that xc course? I would have needed a map and compass:eek:

Boys are looking great, heres to a brill season for you all, you deserve it.

Thanks, ab, firing on even half of the cylinders would be good. I've been joking with everyone that if they ask me a question and don't get a reply I've either fallen asleep or forgotten what they asked, sooooo embarrassing. :o

I am now suitably shamed as I didn't even ride my pony on Sunday...too wet...too cold....:o

Well done you. Jup looked very smart if a little bamboozled by the change of going and the slightly random nature of the cross country. Hmmm thinking Cal should really be winging his way down here to try his hoof at some workers he is looking every inch (Nothing weighty implied;)) the very smart boy!:D

Not at all jealous of the lovely frillies you gained...not at all...honestly.....

Well done and heres looking forward to a great chemo free season for you!:)

I don't blame you for not riding, but I'm from Yorkshire and I'd paid my entry fees. :p

Jup was sweetly bamboozled,:) whereas Cal was "let me at it, yee ha". I doubt either would get good marks from worker judges currently. :o

You have to go the long winded way to see the pics, being a crazy stalker :p I found you - well actually, I scrolled through the 105 class until I found a Mally lookalikey, recognised the brown boots and realised I'd found Jup :D

ETA - Jup looks fab, off to stalk the internet for Cal pics now :p :D

Stalk-er stalk-er :D

I'm not very good at incognito am I? ;)

They both look fantastic; Jup looks very grown up and Cal's ears in the SJing vid (approach to No3) look very cute indeed :D! Well done for fab results too :)!

They both look super - Cal definitely looks like hes storing a lot of energy!!

I only hope my Jupiter turns out aswell as yours has!! Or maybe you would like another one so you have a pair of Jupiters??!! ;) :p :D

Bet you are pleased your chemo is over :)

Well done, the weather looks disgusting, I went jumping in the wind and the rain too, yuk :( I really, really, really want Jup!!! Also, if I could ride just even a little bit like a dopey McBaydale I would be laughing!! Whoop, whoop for the chemo, good luck for the coming season :D

ok couple of things, both boys look super i love Cal.

And this rocky road recipe . . . where can i find it :)

Your an inspiration carrying on despite treatment very very well done.

Glad the Cheeky Boys were on their best behaviour - hope they got extra carrots for their efforts ;)

And yay for your chemo being over, fingers crossed everything continues to improve!

For some reason I can't view the photos but sounds like they both did brilliantly! Great presie for the end of chemo, although making you go to Hull of all places is cruel and unusual treatment!

Thanks, jumptoit, but like I said I'm not convinced Jup has grown-up, more likely that he and Cal have hatched a plan to lull me into a false sense of security for a while.

Cal is like the Duracell bunny! I would lurve another Jupiter, I'm even considering using his sire on our Grace to see what I get. We need some pics of your Jup very soon please. :)

I am over the moon about chemo being over, but the dopeyness is really irritating me now.

I can hear the conversation now:

"So what we do, right, is come in, all grown up, having been really bold and polite round the rest of the course, make like you're going to take off into the water....then at the last possible moment, slam on the brakes, drop the head, drop a shoulder, spin and gallop to a suitable point to watch the ensuing fun. You go left, I'll go right..."

Good effort, emmyc, I'm glad I'm not the only nutter....I mean dedicated person, that went out in it. :D

Hurrah, someone that isn't swayed by Jup's cuteness and prefers the Big-Eared One. ;)

Nigella's is the only one I've tried, I'm sure there are others though. God knows I needed something to keep me going through the damn chemo.
