Doping a horse and then hunting it

Then why on earth do you not inform your DC - on the condition that your name is not mentioned. It is just so easy to spot geldings who have been doped - they dangle their willies. I see them in the show-ring all season. Not so sure how to identify mares. Does anyone know please?
 
I didn't say that I hadn't mentioned it to the relevant people.....

Believe me, it has never gone unreported and the DC etc take it very seriously. The pc mums have no worries about having their names kept out of it either - it is just not tolerated.
