Double bridle recommendations

I need a new double bridle for a horse with a massive head ?‍. I have bits, reins, lip strap and curb chain already.
I’ve tried 2 full size on him (Passier and an elevator) and the nose and and headpiece were too small ?‍. I don’t want to spend an insane amount of money hoping for £200-£250.
Any recommendations welcomed.

Worth getting one made specially? There might be a saddler who would make one to your measurements for that sort of budget.
