Double clears BSJA!

Just a quick question....have the double clears started again from the beginning of this year? I currently have 3 double clears in discovery with my gelding which I got in Jan, Feb and March so only need one more to qualify for the second rounds. We have a second round competition running on the 26th June (the only in my area!) so technically I only need one before this date. BUT I heard the other day that this has started again or something....so does that mean I now need four double clears again?! :confused:
 
BN and disco year runs 1st May to 30th April so yes you will need to get 4 more DC which will qualify you for next years second rounds, not this years. :(
