A friend of mine briefly rode the stallion above and has just found out he was pts yesterday.

In an attempt to cheer her up I thought I might pull some history together for her, pics, his offspring etc...

Does anyone know him?

Or is there maybe a website that would enable me to find out more about him.....

I had two mares by Isolan out of a DV mare called Gratise. One was Winner of the Young Dressage Rider of the year 2000 and was called Isadora and competed Advanced at the nationals. Infanta has produced by Medoc ,Overstones Matisse from 0 to 56 points BE last year winning 2 OIs ridden by Piggy French(see her website) and has Overstone Marquessa who is with a young dressage rider.

Mum's horse, Woody is by Downlands Isolan. He's in my siggy below. Woody's a lovely horse - really nice tempered and very willing to please. He's very old and arthriticy now, but did lots in his youth.

My boy is by Downlands Isolan out of Galants Gioia (Hanoverian I think). He's 12 this year and is eventing. Have pics at home including somewhere some baby pics. Will have a look for them. Met both sire and dam, Mum is grey, my boy dark/liver chestnut with some white flecks/blobs.

I have a filly foal born May this year the last foal of Downlands Isolan she is a very pretty bay with a tiny white star out of trakehner mare will make 16 hands maybe a little bigger. She has the sweetest temperament and a bold little girl. I have lots of pics but dont know how to put them on this link.

Post in the breeding forum too, there are a lot of very knowledgeable trakehners fans to be found there who I'm sure can help
