Just been discussing this winters antics with a friend, and we've decided to have a go at drag hunting as she's an anti.

Am I right in thinking drag is over a set route? And that jumping IS compulsory? She has her wobbles in confidence and Im not 100% certain that drag hunting is for her.

Follow a set route yes, which is safer because most jumps are checked before hand. Our hunt caters for young/novice/newcomers and understands that hunting has to diversify if it is to attract record supports after this sodding ban, so some hunts offer alternative to jumping, we have a jumping/intermediate and non jumping fieldmaster, so there is a little something for everybody :)
