Yes, I have used Richard, he's very good, I'd recommend him, although he can be a little laid-back about delivery - my saddle was being made to fit, and I had to keep chasing him to chase the manufacturers.
 
Think they have a website complete with photo's of horses with saddles they've fitted so you can see ......

A few years ago, I used to ride a horse whose owner had it's saddle fitted from there- it wasn't the best fit in my opinion.
