Would this be an acceptable set up for the bungee. It's a small horse and the elastic is only taking a hold if she raises her head higher than it should be, which she doesn't. In fact to my eye she goes beautifully in it, no leaning or fixing, just a beautiful round shape, and it is improving her ridden transitions (no giraffing now) no end in just two short sessions.

Thoughts please, does anyone else do it?

I use a bungee from the girth through the bit ring and over the poll, not restricting though.

I tried that a few months ago and she violently objected to it (it was not tight but she chucked her head up to make it so )

If its long enough it will work a treat. Sadly its too short for my boys. :)

Yes I think it is, it only comes into play if she raises her head higher than is natural. Thanks!
