seen this dress somewhere but cant remember where and cant find it anywhere , anyone help??? where i can get one or a similar one ?????

Belive it is part of the star collection at debenhams by designer julian macdonald ?????

black sort of chiffon material strapless, with all sparkly sequin detail just along bust , no pics sorry , but desperate to find one !!
