I am thinking of organising a dressage clinic and was just wondering if anyone could offer any advice on how to go about it or whether to do it at all?

I have a trainer and venue in mind but its the advertising/promoting/marketing bit that I am really unsure about. Any thoughts? A friend suggested I was mad to do it as clinics are apparently very difficult to get up and running.
