I need Gok Wan of the equine world!

I'm revamping my competition wardrobe - seing as its nearly my birthday the parents have bought me a pair of Konig Favorits & my lovely OH has bought me the Pikeur skarlett in Navy as presents. The jacekt is cropped and plain - not the valvet collar version.

I've got some rather nice Mark Todd white breeches I use for competing in. My hat is navy velvet with a flesh harness.

I need help chosing astock/pin and anything else I'll need to finish the outfit off for dressage. (& instructions on tying a stock ;)) ... please!

I don't wear spurs - I'm such a fake!

I've been looking at stocks but I'm not really sure what 'style' to go for - my bridle is quite sparkly (silver) so thinking cream with some silver maybe?

Samshields haven't caught on for Unaff just yet!

I'm not overly fussed about conforming to the fashion of the day, more wanting to replace some of my stuff with sparkly new and keep myself entertained window shopping at work! (Naughty!)
 
here goes for stock tying instructions ...
Find the buttonhole in the stock and button the top button of your collarless shirt (ie the one on the collar) through the buttonhole. You need the long ends of the stock sticking out on either side of you, and the buttonhole towards the bottom of the narrow central section.
Pass the long ends behind your head and pass the long end with no hole in it through the one with a hole, so that both ends are now hanging down from your shoulders. Then tie them in a normal single knot so each end is hanging down from the single knot towards the floor. Take the left hand end and fold it up and away from your body so its near your left shoulder, leaving an L shape loop on the left hand side of your body. Then take the right hand end over the top of the left hand end and back under it. Pull tight. Pull one end up and the other down (dressagey) or both outwards (huntingy) and then straighten it up and use the pin to hold the ends down and pin it to your shirt.
 
I have a velvet scrunchie from dressage deluxe which has small crystals scattered, looks very nice :) I love the look of velvet hats- think they look extremely smart.

You can get diddly ones, medium ones and large ones. Depends how long your hair is and what look you like. I have a large size one and my hair is too long for anything smaller :p

Also, if you carry a schooling whip FFM have a lovely one with crystals on the handle..... ;)
