Quick Q as I can't seem to find anything on the BD website to suggest either way...

Can you qualify for Area's and/or Regionals on 6 monthly trial membership? and do you still get a record like you would as a full year member?

Any tips for an eventer turned prancer greatly received!

I'd never even heard of trial membership....there's nothing in the rule book that answers your questions I'm afraid so best thing to do is ring them.

They repeat time and time again in the membership section of the rule book that you have to be a full member to compete in area festivals and/or regionals, so I'd presume the same would apply if you, as a trial member, wanted to qualify; you'd have to upgrade. But there is nothing that confirms this so best thing to do is ring them.

Nothing with BD is ever simple haha!
