Dressage Girth Sizes

My horse has a 50" normal girth, just wondered what size would he be in a dressage girth, as I havnt a clue!!

Is there a way of converting the measurement?

About half your normal size

Halve his regular girth size and add two inches

Personally I'd wait until you have the saddle and measure - I've had 3 different dressage saddles (horse changed shape) and the girth straps have been different lenghts on each and he's needed a different girth every time

My horse was a 50" normal and takes a 30" dressage- had it on a dressage saddle and WOW and fits both.
