Dressage - Hat rules - Help?

Hi there,

Last year I needed to buy a new hat and I ended up buying the Champion Ventair as it was just sooooo comfortable,,,

Now,,I am sure I heard or read somewhere that you can not ride a Dressage test under BD rules in one of these hats.

Can someone confirm this rule for me as I have a feeling I am going to have to go shopping again??

I dont think there are many rules on hats, only things like u must were a topper over advanced.

As long as it is blue or black and looks smart i dont think they care much.

Phew, I am glad!! I don't often spend over £100 on me so I was not best moozed about spending more on a hat just for Dressage. LOL

I still have my old black hat, it just crushes my head and I lose the will to live after about 10 mins.
