Hi

I am researching trends in hind leg conformation in dressage horses completing or have at BD advanced medium level and above. I am studying an equine studies degree. I plan to take photos and analyse; Ileum length (cm) Femur length (cm) Tibia length (cm) Femur inclination (&#730 using Ontrack; a analysis software.

If you would like to share your views/opinions on hind leg conformation please do or I would be very grateful if you could answer the questions below.

Describe the ideal hindquarters of a dressage horse.
Do you think that hind leg conformation is linked to success at dressage?
Do you think there is a trend in hind leg conformation in dressage horses?
Any input is greatly appreciated
