Hi all,

I have a dressage horse to sell in the 15-20k price bracket, and due to location etc I am struggling to do so... I know in the eventing world we have agents such as Uptown Eventing, Verdina etc etc... Was just wondering if there was an equivalent to these in the dressage world and if so what are they?

Thanks :)

I'm sorry, don't know the answer but I was just wondering yesterday whether you'd sold it. The only thought I've had is that there may be a sudden upsurge of interest in dressage after this week and perhaps people will be more interested in buying into the sport with a hhorse who can already do some of the tricks.

That's what I'm hoping. People don't want to travel to South Wales yet I don't really want to put him on sales livery up country as I've never had a good experience with doing this. Thought an agent might be a good idea as people are more willing to travel/spend money through them. Urgh...

Please don't resort to sales livery- I totally agree with you it would not be a good experience :-( cant trust anyone!
Hope you find a good agent to help out

As yours is a saint to handle and hack and can do all the tricks with very impressive paces he would suit someone new to the sport who wanted to go out there and have some fun - and look smart doing it. I would think he will get snapped up now after all the success in Greenwich
