dressage legal bit?

I have just started riding my horse in a sweet iron loose ring snaffle with copper lozenge and inlays. The copper inlays are smooth with the sweet iron. Not raised at all. He really seems to like this bit and was just wondering if any one knew if this bit would be dressage legal. Thank u very much ☺

Believe they are counted as copper ribs and not allowed. Someone will be here to correct me though, I'm sure.

Email a pic of your bit to BD, they will tell you yes or no, and the reasons why. That way if it is allowed and you're ever questioned on it, you have proof it's ok from the affiliated body.
