Dressage legal?

I have heard that the nathe bits are dressage legal, and that happy mouth aren't... is this true?
Have just started my rising 4yo in this bit which she gets on really well with on the belief that it was dressage legal but now have been told otherwise.
Hmmm!

For that specific bit I wouldn't know but happy mouths in general are OK surely? Mine doesn't have a "bumpy" mouthpiece, it's just a normal jointed full cheek snaffle, nobody has every queried it.

Ahhhh thanks for your help all, I feared this was the case.

I think, from the above posts, it's the straight bars that are the problem? As they have two bumps under the tongue? Am I right?

ETA - So you should be fine with a jointed as they are just 'rubber wrapped' and don't have bumps?

Taken from BD Rule book, from this I would say it is permitted...if in doubt call BD.

Bits of rubber, nylon or other synthetic materials are permitted. Bits must be used in their
manufactured condition without any addition to/on any part. Only the bits that are
illustrated are permitted, mouthpieces may be used with any of the cheeks or rings
illustrated. A mix of metals in the mouthpiece are permitted. A plastic snaffle with a
cylindrical rotating mouthpiece is permitted. Minimum diameter of the mouthpiece should
be 10mm. Snaffles used in Young Horse classes must have a minimum diameter of 14mm.
Snaffles may be used at Advanced level (including National PSG, Inter I, Inter II, Grand Prix)
unless a double bridle is requested by the selectors. Double bridles must be used for all
International FEI tests as per FEI rules.

I use the same mouthpiece as a Weymouth with a plain jointed eggbutt snaffle bradoon. I emailed a photo to Paul Graham at BD to check if this is BD legal and he replied that it is. I would email the photo of the bit to BD to check but my guess is that it is ok???
