Took gypsy to a local yard for a dressage lesson today and he was really good! (for him
) he spun around once which was soon nipped in the bud and didn't do it again and he was super good for the rest of the lesson
My dad managed to be sneaky and put my reflective and a note saying 'taken trailer ride home' so looks like I've been forces to hack home alone!
As some of you know gypsy doesn't really do hacking alone, especially not the route he usually does alone, so this was completely new to him. He had ridden this route before just not alone.
Super super super proud
we even rode past two horses on the road going the opposite way and he didn't flinch
we even had a sneaky gallop across a field to make it shorter as it was about 3 miles road work for him with only front shoes on!
The only thing he did was jump a mile at some scary cows standing on a huge puddle in the hedge!
Cookies for everyone who listened to me blabbing on! Just super proud of the boy!
