Dressage new rules

I believe there are some new dressage rules are they allowed to wear over reach boots competing now? Also is it true different colour breeches allowed. I don’t see anyone wearing them.

Yes to coloured breeches at BD, came in 1st Jan 2024.

I havnt seen anything different in the rules regarding over reach boots. Yes you can wear coloured breeches.

No to overreach boots, or boots of any sort.
Yes to coloured breeches (nothing patterned)
