Dressage people in Derbyshire (Worksop?) area

I know its a bit vague, but what are the show centers like around there for affiliated dressage and what would be a good sort of area to be based in? My job may be relocating and I am contemplating moving but obviously horses have to come first

They are OK, not the best & not the worst. There are loads on the derby/staffs border, which are all very good, but that would depend on you wanting to travel. There are some very nice centres over in Lincoln, Newark & a couple over towards chesterfield, you are also very close to the M1 which allows you easy access to several others.

Were south of Notts, and there are a few venues within an hour away. Depends how far you want to travel!!

Thanks a a lot, looks as if I need to be based either towards Staffs Chesterfield way or Nottingham areas then to minimise time travelled

Worksop area is very horsey though, you have Wellow park stables that are dressagy near by, and are within an hour of Bunny Hill Top and Vale View equestrian definitely. There are also a few newark direction which wouldnt be far from you

And theres the one in Barnsley that does aff dressage, its also v easy onto the A1 to go north or south. Worksop is a horsey area and there is usually quite a bit going on....

I live near Worksop. I know theres quite a bit of SJ, not sure about dressage.
