hi ive been riding tabs in a waterfoed gag recently becuase we are having jumping lessons and she goes very well in it

but we usually do flatwork in a snaffle so i switched it today as we did flatwork and she just leaned and kept pulling and generally not listening

could this be that she has got used to the waterford

i am working her in it all week as we are doing flatwork
i want to be able to school in a snaffle as we are aiming to do a couple of prelims this winter

are there any dressage legal bits that are slightly stronger than a snaffle? as i dont want to be hauling on her mouth

I have a very strong mare, and I ride her in a hanging cheek Tranz lozenge (Neue Schule) because she IS so strong and finds concentrating very difficult - and it's really good

. I spoke to Heather at Neue Schule and she recommended this, and if this doesn't work, to try the Verbindend.....

Try having a chat to her. She's very helpful.
