If its an unaffiliated dressage can i ride a British Dressage Novice test ? if im not BD member ?

Yes, you can ride an BD tests at unaffiliated level.

Do you mean if it is an affilliated competition? You can only ride in the open section of prelim at at BD affiliated show if you are not registered. If you are riding at a unafilliated show and they are using british dressage tests (which they nearly all do) You can ride at any level you want.

By the looks of the schedule I would say you could do any of those classes if the show is unaffiliated.
