I appreciate that most people compete in a white dressage square but is there any rule regarding the colour of saddlecloths in competition. I've tried looking at the rules but can only find details regarding displaying of flags or logos on the cloths, nothing about colour.

I don't want to use anything bazaar but I've got a rather nice black 'Bartl' dressage square which I would like to use.

Can anyone assist?

Many Thanks Finn & Snow, I thought I'd be alright but they have rules for so many things I was amazed when I couldn't find one about saddlecloth colour. Cheers

I think as long as its not fluorescent pink you'll be fine!!!
As Snowflake says - it's traditional to wear white, but black or brown would be fine as well.

there is no rule about colour white is traditional and leery colours frowned on but no actual law if you want to wear a cerise pink with yellow spots version!
