Did my first dressage test on Missy today (3rd dressage test I've ever ridden) at college, did prelim 4.
Had a short but sweet warm up (can't do too much on her otherwise as soon as she gets the slightest bit tired she goes flat on her forehand) ad she felt really good so in we went.
As we were going down the centre line her lovely outline just went completely out of the window! She was fixated with the judges car and turning her involved me having to really give her a pull

She did exacty the same when we went down the centre line again. When it was time for left canter (which she struggles with but she was doing it fine in the warm up) she picked up right canter because she wasn't paying attention, eventually got her back into trot and she was ether picking up right canter or bucking (most of the time it was both

) eventually we got left canter though!

The rest of the test was okay, she was away with the fairies most of the time though but she hasn't done this for a couple of years so I can forgive her

I really enjoyed myself though so we shall be entering for the dressage a week tomorrow

Was that when she spooked just as we were coming up the farm drive just before we reached the library? (when I was wearing my red jacket)
