I really want to affiliate as feel once the money is spent i would put a lot more in to my riding as at the moment i have no real plan and nothing to aim for ( other than affiliating!!! ) i really wanna get stuck in and work up from prelim ( dont expect to be a world beater long term it would be nice to get to elem ) At the moment going from my videos would i be silly to affiliate and start at prelim, im ready for a learning curve but dont want to look a real idiot over facing myself, honest answers please any feedback great!!!

( i know theres lots to work on esp my canter!! his such a big long horse and both being new to dressage i sometimes feels like a big struggle!! )

looks ok to me,,, would deffo be ok for prelim/novice give it a go is only one way to find out!!!!! have fun!!!!!

Thank you! loads to work on i know just need a bit of advice to keep me on the right track and not sure how competitive prelim/novice classes get affiliated!

you SHOULD be ok, be warned though that it is a step up and the standard is much harder, you should be ok at prelim though, i find it immpossible with my TBx to do well in elementary beacuse of all these fancy warmbloods

Thanks! Would start at prelim and try and work up through the summer, mickey is a warmblood so hopefully he may turn out fancy!! Im very competitive and a perfectionist which i dont think helps half the time cause im so difficult to please!! Just cant make up my mind what to do cause when his good his really good and when his bad his really bad!!!!

I would say definitely. The horse seems happy in the mouth, no sign of tension (loved the buck though). He is settled in your transitions and swinging through his quarters nicely. Have watched the video twice and cant make my mind up if he is just tracking up or over tracking, I will have to watch again. IMO you will do well at BD. Do continue to have lessons as the investment will pay dividends!

* his such a big long horse and both being new to dressage i * To look at his way of going, you would think he has been doing it for years. You have a good horse theire

Thanks for your support everyone! Things have gone a bit mad tonight, my canter has been a bit weak, but now his rushing into it and i lose him and he keeps trotting faster and faster!! Im gutted cause it feels like you get something right and you lose something! back to the drawing board!!
