A while ago I asked for recommendations for a dressage related gift. I've done a bit of digging and I know my friend wants a blingy browband with goldy/brown tones. I was thinking of getting a saddlecloth to match - a white one with fairly muted gold/bronze piping but I'm struggling to find something subtle, any gold piping I can find is very thick or very brassy / yellowy and looks a bit cheap to me. I know there'll be a distance between the saddlecloth and browband so I don't need to match perfectly but I'd still like to get as close to it as possible Does anybody have any ideas or suggestions for here to look please?

This is probably the browband I'll be getting to give an idea of the colours. https://matchydressage.com/collecti...ado-and-smoked-topaz-megabling-curve-browband

Does it have to be white? Busse Avary pads have a nice subtle pipping in a coppery/gold-y colour, but I think that shade is only on the black and beige-y pads

Mattes white pad with old gold, champagne or pigeon piping (or 2 or even 3 though 3 looks a bit much to me!). Can also specify contrast binding with about 50 to choose from.
Thanks sbloom. This is perfect. I think I might get addicted to designing theoretical saddlecloths!
