Hi there
Looking for some views on saddles. Have a high withered Warmblood X. We had a saddle fitter out and she fitted a Harry Dabbs Narrow saddle. This fit a treat but then he got really cold backed and started to be a real pain. So we worked on the process of elimination, teeth, diet and finally back. The 'back lady' said he had acute muscle wastage and the narrow saddle was making things worse!!! So off came the saddle, intensive therapy, long reining and now his muscle is back! Of course now we need a new saddle, another saddler has reccomended that only a few saddles will fit mainly Jaguar, Albion Ultima, Kieffer and Amerigo. Anyone had any experience of these saddles or can recommend one on a similar tree that maybe I might get a bit of change out of £1000 - Oh and I need an 18" too....all the ones on ebay seem to be 17.5???
