Im having a right night mare with my dressage saddle.currenlty have a lovely devoucoux but doesnt really fit my horse now ,he grown and changed alot since i first bought it.I did have it altered for him which helped but its still not brilliant.
Iv been looking for a an amerigo or equipe in 17.5 m/w but nothing seems to come up second hand.
what about ex demo saddles how easy to come by are these.thinking about having to broaden the horizon on what i want .any other saddles out there simular to the above.any advice appreciated .x

They are about, there is a second hand mw amweigo on horsequest currently. I love the amerigo/equipe saddles and they fit a lot of horses. I love Butets too, but getting a mw one second hand is not easy!

Prestige saddles are not dissimilar to Amerigo etc, they are all known as "forward balance" saddles, or "continental ftting". Fitted to curve off the back at the cantle and to have the rider sitting slightly further forwards than a traditionally English fitting saddle.

Paul Fielder International... You'll not find a second hand one. Best saddle my mums ever owned.
Her trainer rode in hers, and has sent another owner off the get one.
They are made to measure for horse and rider.

ASk your saddler or local saddlery that stock Amerigo to contact the rep, he should come out- for free- with a selection to try. They stockist should get a sales list as well. thats how I got mine for below rrp
