Few things to note first-
1. The "arena" (field!) is rough and on a slope, not perfect for a dressage arena I know but we have to make do. Plus it is slightly slippy on top as we had a bit of rain. So I didn't push her too much.
2. The markers have all fallen over/been moved so aren't in the exact right places. For example A is too far out etc.

Dad videoed me going through a pony club test today, ready for my ODE on Sat. Thought it would be good to CC it after. The things I picked up on are,
1. Not very accurate- my half loops at the beggining go over the centre line, I cantered too early, and I trotted too early from canter the first time- all my fault, not hers!
2. Possibly could be more active, especially from behind in canter.
3. Could have stretched out more in the free walk.

So any CC would be really really helpful- I think she is going pretty well at the moment though

Videos are hard to CC as you cant see the mouth etc. However you are clearly a nice quiet rider and I think you should be very pleased with your test.

The rhythm looks good and the activity too. Try not too let him get too deep in the trot at times by raising your hands a little. If there is anything I would work on it would be the transition from canter down to trot where the balance could be better and not letting him/her? fall out through the shoulder on the turns.

Good luck for your test and do please let us know how you get on ??

omg you are the most horrendous rider i have ever seen. You need to get some riding lessons immediatly. Look at the state of you!

I would say you need to improve ur accuracy of the test. Try getting shavings and mark out the centre of the loops (a line over X). All pace out your schooling area to check its the correct size for the test and this will help you get the feeling of getting the loops bang on accurate as well as all the other movements, esp your circles.

I agree that your free walk wasnt a free walk, there needs to be clear extension.

The arena isn't the right size- it is infact far too small, but that helps me for the real test as it feels a lot bigger when I do it for real- it is something I struggle with on her, as she is so big for me, I used to find dressage arenas tiny, but this has helped.
I agree it really wasn't very accurate at all

watch your trotting diagonals
also watch the horses shouler falling out on the circles and turns, especially half 10m circle and back to the track to change rein

other than that it looks good!

Your pony has a lovely rhythmic trot and you do a nice straight centre line. His first canter seemed a bit unbalanced through the downward transitions and a bit rushed- second canter was better. (must be hard on slippy grass though!). Long rein walk needs to be more relaxed and he needs to take his nose out more. Overall I thought it looked super! Good luck in the competition!

Lovely horse and nice riding - makes a nice picture. Agree with Micky 66 about not letting her get too deep in the trot by raising your hands a little and just remember your diagonal

Looking good! I think you slightly overshot the centre line at the beginning? Just one more minor point - the halt at C was good, but try and get the trot transtion afterwards a little sharper. And dont forget your diagonals!!
