I have always ridden dressage tests in traditional white dressage saddlecloths.

Would you ever ride in any other colour than white, or would it be considered 'wrong'?

I have seen a really pale gray with silver piping which looks great, also like a cream with gold binding and a very pale blue with white binding. Would you ride in these pale colours?

thanks

I only ever compete in white or rarely cream if its a long competion and I run out of white breeches! however at home a rainbow of colours.

Always white for me too.

In the stands during the dressage at Burghley last year I overheard someone (a bit of a 'madam' - if you know what I mean) saying the 'only colour for dressage squares is cream' in a very loud voice - so make your own mind up!

I dont see many other colours being used where we go, and we always use white, I suppose its traditional and looks nice and tests your horsey washing skills.lol.
