Dressage to music Q

Can a judge mark you down for your choice of music?
I'm desperate to do some dressage to music with Olympic and use a load of gay disco tracks (with electric six as my canter music

).

You do have to be careful with the choice, i have 3 different tracks for one ground plan, so i will decide when i know who the judge is!!! It is not supposed to influence but it does, especially the collectives at the end ; bearing in mind that one of those is a x's3.
I like you have a tongue in cheek mentality to my choice of music and an eye on 'performance' but on the whole the judges are a little.... conservative.

Please tell me you're not going to make that poor horse canter to "Gay Bar"....First he has a snuggy hood with fluffy sheep on it and now this.

Well, in my opinion I think the Judges need to be a little more open to different music! We need to get rid of the idea that classical music is the only option. Watching Olympia I must admit the one that people are talking about here is Mr President's......upbeat in rhythmn, something the audience can tap their feet to, get a sense of timing and put a smile on peoples faces......at the same time giving a good performance obviously!!!!!!!!! Dressage to music should be a time when horse and rider can express themselves through music, be it hard rock, disco,jazz or classical etc!!! If the music inspires and compliments the horse.......I say go for it!! Only my opinion though......!!

well FREESTYLER that my opinion aswell

, am i'm defo not going to being doing my DTM to classical boring.....

so i'm thinking................ and planning Queen, Robbie, Kylie, Madonna etc......... have a trot list and canter list now just have to mix well

And not forgotting
That i've got to listern to whilst training, so i've got to like and enjoy plus what to wake up... some judges
