I'm going to have a go at a dressage to music comp. (Just for fun and just an Intro one).

It's using BD required movements. I've bought a ready-made test and have been playing around with it. The BD required movements say half 10m circle each way in med walk and med walk for at least 20m. Can the 20m med walk be counted within the 2 half 10m circles or do I need to do an extra 20m in med walk? (I'm struggling to fit it in and find I need to trot before I've completed 20m in med walk).

Just intro to see how I go.

The pre-done test I bought has 2 half 10m circles in it too so I assumed it was correct as they married up.
Ah okay, I don't have Intro, didn't realise it was now a music level! If it is listed as 2 separate requirements on the sheet, ie has 2 half 10s and then another movement of 20m of medium then yes they should be two independent moves.

Ah, thanks. Looks like I need to speed up a bit then! ? (Or at least cover a bit more ground). I didn't think it'd be this complicated!

I had a look in my dressage book and I did have the intro music and the half 10s are a separate marked move then the 20m of medium so they definitely have to be different movements. Good luck, I love doing music!
Thanks so much! It'll make me work on getting my walk more forward then! ?
