Does/can anyone recommend anyone?

The two I got originally recommended one will be out of action for a while and the other never returns any calls.

:-( desperate to get started.

Thanks

it depends what part of wales ur in ? kate Gibson is in cardiff and shes fab, and shelly harris is west wales

Ellie- I wish I had spoken to Kate but she is near impossible to get hold of. I've rang, facebooked, text and left voicemails. It's been a few weeks now and I have no option but to look elsewhere :(

I have the same problem, my instructor is amazing however he won't come down to give me a lesson unless there are a few of us because it's too far to travel (he lives in Bridgend and I keep the horse in Betws, ammanford). So very rarely do we get lessons these days! Desperate to get the lessons kick started as he's 5 this year so was hoping to get him out competing. If you do find someone please let me know too! :)

Ok Anna jerbo organises clinics for Kate at pencoed, for islay you need to speak to Wendy at liege manor 01446781648, or Anne peate at pontcanna (Cardiff riding school google there number)

Becky is unwell and unable to teach at the moment (that's what I was told so I'm taking it as gospel)
I have had lessons from Becky in the past and found her amazing so she was my first choice initially but as above- shes unavailable :(

Booking Kate through pencoed is expensive when considering the petrol to get there. I have a perfectly usable extra large school at my yard which is where I would prefer my lessons especially as my young girl is very stressy and we would spend the first 30 mins settling down. Agh!

Will try and get hold of Islay as well now.

kate also does clinics in ynysymond stables in pontardawe who have a fab school and xc clinics with lesley laws brother

I don't want to travel for lessons but thank you. It's a waste paying for a huge sand school and then travelling every week for a lesson.

I'm in Aberdare

Beccy Parr is excellent and has heard all the gossip (she sometimes to tells me the latest lot), it's all complete *******s :D She's based in Wick, if you can get there? I can ask for you when I next see her? Hopefully having a lesson this week.

I've hardly ever heard a good word said about RP either. I invite anyone to watch a lesson of mine if they want to see her teaching for themselves :) It's certainly not 'just jabbing the horse in the mouth', as I've been told by another instructor. Sorry EF, didn't mean to hijack there :p

I'm speaking from experience of her teaching, didn't work for me or horse in fact was pretty hideous! Yes I've heard good things about shelly too!
