second Debbie. i went to her for a while but i am based in lancs and it was costing me a fortune! if i was nearer would DEF use her! also Richard Carruthers is very good.

Anna Brown is in North Shrops so I am not sure she would be able to get to you but might be worth a call as she is very, very good.

What level are you after?

Stephen Clarke is in Congleton area. He's our top level International Dressage Judge. Charges about £60 a time.

At the other end, Andy Ash and Cath Cunningham cover NE Cheshire and are solid trainers of the Riding Club and lower affiliated levels at around £25 a time.

Kate Earthy is very focussed on the rider, and allowing the horse time rather than pushing it on. She's NE Cheshire too.

Steph Cooper, affiliated Judge, trains at Beaver Hall, only just in Staffs.

when my sister lived round there she trained with Sue Bradshaw and would recommend her.

Of all of those mentioned above Richard and Jane Carruthers, although they don't travel because they teach pretty much all day at home in their own lovely indoor.

Yes! Libby Williams is superb!!!

QR - Would recommend debbie jones too and I've only had one lesson with her at a clinic, but the she change managed to get out of us in one half hour lesson was amazing.

I have just started having lessons with Kate Earthy she is really good.
