Yesterday I had my lesson with my instructor and I used her schooling whip. It was beautifully balanced and very flexible and 'whippy' for want of a better word and really lovely to hold and use.
She told me that it was Belgian and she told me that make which I think began with a D. It was something like 'Deban'.
I can't get in touch with her until late next week and so wondered if anyone here would know the make and where I might get one?
Any other makes that you might recommend. I find that it is hard to find a whip that is of sufficient length and still well balanced in your hand.
