Well firstly the weather was lovely, cant believe we had all the nice weather and todays is horrible.
Got there a bit late and only had 10 mins to warn up for Prelim 16, took this as a good thing less time to think about her being her normal naughty self just had to get on with it.
Started the test all good than i went wrong ( stage fright) put we came 3rd which i couldnt believe as we havent come anywere in a long time, but all the lessons and the hard work i put in everyday must be paying off, as we are doing the transistion from eventing to Dressage now.
Than we did Prelim 17 didnt go wrong, got a better mark, we wanted a rosette but we just werent good enough that time!
than we did are first ever Novice test we did 22, she has only just started doing Medium work about 2 weeks ago and at home the arena is small so we havent even tried Medium canter, we were waiting for the sun (long wait!) to dry the ground up to ride in the field. but that didnt happen and she has never even done counter canter. So hey ho we just went for it, she was brillant and i must say so was I, Other half went to get the test sheet came walking back with his thumbs done, gave me the sheet than gave me a Rosette we came 2nd, dont know how but we did. Really really pleased with my girl...
Sorry to bore you all but i had to share with someone...
