Today we tootled off to Arley to do P14, after I forgot to ask for early times I was on at 9.14 & had to drag my kids out of bed at 6.30 (which went down well!)
Anyway, we warmed up nicely, although still a little spooky at 'stuff', he gets tense & loses impulsion so our test was hampered by that. We also then just lacked connection so had a few moments when everything became a bit inactive. He did some nice trot, but was still quite spooky about the C-H corner (by the door.... Should have got someone to shut it!)
Canter transitions were lacking, again because we weren't properly connected & his free walk was far from free!
We scored a fairly credible 63.1, although my mum misread the scores & initially told me we'd got 52..... Which left me a bit 😳😳 as it really wasn't that bad
