Hi, I've been reading the rules of a local XC comp which states that there may be up to three dressing fences on it, could someone please tell me what a dressing fence is?

A dressing fence is one that has to be jumped with your partner in pairs.

Or if its not pairs, then it's a fence where a score is awarded for your style over it.

Wouldn't it be fun if it was a fence where you had to take off/put on an item of clothing as you jumped it!!! LOL
On a sensible note - you may get penalty points for how far away your partners are when you jump. IE the further apart the more penalty points.
