Hi,

we have a Halow'een ride at our yard on Fri and I need ideas for what to dress my horse and myself up as? (We're Uni students, just so you know the age suitability).

I was thinking about poss finding some non-toxic paint and painting bones onto her.. but that's quite time comsuming, so more ideas please!

She's a dark bay TB and isn't phased by being dressed up or flappy things, etc.

Thank you :)

I once dressed up as a witch (really easy!) riding a pumpkin, my horse is chestnut so I just made a green stalk to go on top of her bridle and and orange sheet over her bottom with a pumpkin face drawn on with perminant marker :)

how about using the bones idea & then making yourself a tall coat which covers your head (with eye holes obviously!) & you can be headless horse man!

If you want bones you should go to watch Gillian Higgins and one of her Horses Inside Out demos....AMAAZING bone paintings!!!!

How about something completely different (and funny!) rather than a typical alloween outfit???......

Prates of the CB, Popeye, Santa :D??!!!, Fairies (could be a bad fairy!), Harry Potter....
