Dried raspberry leaves, daily dose for mare's PMT?

As title really. Not sure how much to give my 16.2 620kg mare to help relieve her season symptoms. Does anyone on here use them and if so, how much and how often? Thanks

I'd be interested too as i've just started my mare on Agnus Castus/Chasteberry extract. However my mare is 15.0hh and 375kg but if it doesn't work out will be considering these as my next option!
