Driving a horse and carriage on Oswestry old racecourse

Does anyone one know if you are allowed to drive a horse and carriage on Oswestry racecourse, in Shropshire. I am informed you can ride up there but I am not sure if carriage driving is permitted - would love to find out.

Have you seen it? Or just heard about it? Used to ride on it when I was a kid, passed there a few weeks ago & it looks a bit over grown for carriages.
